Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of visionbae.com and the VisionBae Intelligence ("VisionBae", "we") website, live product demos and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service — including the live demos — is provided for evaluation and demonstration purposes. Features, availability and usage limits may change or be withdrawn at any time. The demos are not intended for production, safety-critical or life-critical use.

2. Demo accounts & fair use

  • You may need to sign in (by email link or Google) to use the live demos.
  • Demo access includes a limited number of prompts. We may adjust, grant or revoke access, and may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully, or to harass, harm, or violate the rights or privacy of others.
  • Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.
  • Attempt to probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying models, prompts or systems, or to circumvent security, quotas or content safeguards.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Content you submit

You retain ownership of the text and images you submit to a demo. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the response and operate the Service. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential information you are not authorized to share, or any content prohibited above. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

5. AI output disclaimer

The Service uses AI models that can produce inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected results. Output is provided for information only, is not professional, legal, medical or safety advice, and must be independently verified before you rely on it. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, design, content and trademarks, is owned by VisionBae or its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted here, we reserve all rights.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionBae will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
