Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VisionBae Intelligence ("VisionBae", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when you visit visionbae.com, contact us, or use our live product demos. We designed our products around a simple principle — vision in service of people — and we treat your data with the same care.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the demos:

  • Contact details you submit — name, organization, work email, phone number and your message when you request a demo or pilot.
  • Account information for demos — your email address, obtained when you sign in with a one-time email link or with Google (we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google).
  • Demo usage — the number of prompts you use, timestamps, and the status of any request for additional access.
  • Content you submit to a demo — the text prompts and images you send. These are processed to generate a response in real time; images are not retained after processing and are never used to train models.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser/user-agent and essential session cookies needed to keep you signed in and to prevent abuse.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and scope pilots you request.
  • To provide, secure and rate-limit the live demos (including enforcing prompt quotas).
  • To operate, maintain and improve our website and services.
  • To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content you submit to demos to train third-party models.

3. Sharing & service providers

We share data only with vetted processors who help us run the service, under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • Cloud hosting and database/authentication providers that store your enquiry and account data and keep you signed in.
  • Specialist third-party AI/ML inference providers that run our VB-Optic models to generate demo responses.
  • Email delivery providers used to send you sign-in links and to route your enquiries to our team.
  • Google, when you choose to sign in with Google.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

4. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

5. Data retention

We keep enquiry and account data for as long as needed to serve you and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Demo images are not retained after processing. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

6. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or object to processing of, and delete your personal data. To exercise any of these, email us at privacy@visionbae.com. We respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.

7. How to delete your data

You can ask us to erase the personal data we hold about you at any time. This is our standard process:

  • Email privacy@visionbae.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your enquiry or demo account.
  • Tell us what you'd like removed (e.g. your demo account, your contact-form submission, or all data).
  • We verify the request came from you, delete the data from our systems and instruct our processors to do the same, and confirm — normally within 30 days.

Note: we may retain a minimal record where the law requires us to (for example, to evidence that a deletion request was fulfilled).

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, secret-key isolation and audit logging — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.

9. Children

Our services are intended for organizations and adults, and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
